Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. All items listed in the web store are in stock. However, should we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the items. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Payment methods

Our web store accepts a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, ApplePay and Paypal. Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express are accepted. All credit card transactions are secure. Visa payments are done with Verified by Visa and Master Card with MasterCard Secure Code verification service.

Shipping & delivery

Our webstore ships internationally. Domestical shipment will be sent via PostNord pick-up point in Finland or DHL to other countries (both are trackable online), and the shipping cost will be added separately. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after the order confirmation, excluding official holidays and weekends. (Please Notice! Some pre-order items may take longer time.)

The estimated delivery time inside of Finland is 2–5 business day, to the Nordic countries is 4–8 working days, other EU countries 5–11 working days, and the rest of the world 7–21 working days. The package will be delivered to a local post office or in some countries the package will be delivered directly to you.

Please notice that we don't take any responsibility with the customs clearance, duties and taxes which are possibly happening in destination countries/areas. 

Item Packing

We committed to environmental protection, so for environmental-friendly purpose, your order will be shipped in either re-used package or eco-material package.

Delivery charges:

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the inventory location, delivery method, your delivery address and weight of your ordered products.

1) Finland 6.5 EUR as a standard freight deliver with PostNord pick-up point service, free shipping on order over 100€. Home delivery cost will be 12 EUR.
2) If you are located in EU, the delivery cost starts from 15 EUR, and free shipping on order over 150€.
3) Deliver to rest of the world starts from 30 EUR based on your location and weight of your ordered items.
